Solid carbide Dash end mill
The newest solid carbide end-mill series manufactured with a carefully selected material and unique manufacture technology.
*Special carbide material is used.
Uses carbide made of superfine particles that has high hardness and deflecting strength.
*Excel Coat
Oxidization start temperature: 1100°C; Tunic hardness: H3600
(Comparison example: TiAIN H2900)
(1) Hardening steel (45HRC to 60HRC): Long-life, and makes high-quality processing of SKD11, SDK61, SKH, SUS420, and pre-hardened steel (typical) possible.
(2) Withstands heat generation at the time of cutting, and makes high-speed and dry cutting possible.
(3) Cutting aluminum die-casting as well.

･Feed: 0.016 mm/edge
